ABOUT Alexander Realty And Construction
Mike Alexander, owner of Alexander Realty and Construction,
started out selling real estate in 1979. Then his interest also
developed in the building of new residential homes. He began
building in 1987. Mike has a wife Teresa and two children, Chelsea
and Tanner. He is very active in real estate, home building, spending
time with his family and church.
Mike's job consists of finding property, floor plans, scheduling,
daily visits to job sites, keeping track of job costs and any other
matters that come with the construction of his homes. His wife
Teresa is also very involved with managing the office and
decorating new homes.
Alexander Realty and Construction specializes in building new
homes from 1200 - 5000 square feet. We normally build 10 to 20 homes a
year in Rock Hill, Clover, Fort Mill and the York area of York County, South Carolina.
